First one is laser etched, probably really lightly just to show the markings, second one is just anodized, i have no idea how they did it but it for sure looks nice!
And yeah i wanna TRY phoenix wheels cause half of the people you meet will tell you they are amazingly smooth and incredibly fast, and the others say that they are rough, weak and slower then pro models.
