You would have to do some modifications, but I don't see why you would want to.
It is made to work with Whisper brakes, which are just like spring brakes, but aren't hard to install, doesn't make noise, don't have to deal with bent bolts, and they have adjustable height.
If you aren't a fan of those brakes, a flexfender mod is a breeze to do, just like on any deck.
