No cuz tilts rider owned so they won't bitch about it but distributor has to pay because that's "not helping the sport".

it is sort of an ad, but then again it isn't.
it's just kinda a promo thing, saying that the headsets are out.
if they had a price in it and where you could get them from or a website etc, then it'd be a full ad, if you catch my drift.
