try getting a rounded file and make the cut more of a curve, it should spread the stress so it doesn't focus on one area.

If the only part of the fork that usually breaks is the forktube, are all fork heads just for looks/footjamability? Aside from strikers which help with grinds. So I guess phoenix thinks this looks good, cause it doesn't look like it footjams well.

Definitely an original looking fork, only barely resembles a SenioR and that's mainly cause it's raw chromoly in the picture. I could imagine it looking really out of place on an actual scooter though.

Not necessarily the most original but I actually think it looks pretty wicked.
It's pretty much just the type of fork I've been looking for.

It's getting there, but I hope to go that isn't what they plan to put into production. It has potential though, only a few tiny things they would need to fix before it looks good.
