like, everyone was saying "DUDE TILT WHEELS ARE SOOOO DOPE BEST WHEELS EVER IM GETTING THEM", then about 1-2 weeks later you saw quite a few images of just chunked tilt wheels
upsweep is like backsweep where the bars are angled backwards for comfort, except upsweep is where they are angled upwards (again for more comfort).

not sure why anyone cares that tilt "copied" rad's bars.
1. They're scooter bars. Rad was already copied forever ago when everyone started making T bars.
2. They're designed after bike bars. How innovative are they actually?
3. Tilt will heat treat their bars so they WILL be stronger.
4. Tilt will make also make their bars taller (which is what we all care about, right?) and allow for a pretty chome finish.
Monopolizing standard "designs" is bullshit, vultures/crows have been around for yearsss.
