My friend has the exact same as this, with the rounded down tube edges and we live in the uk and he ordered it from TSI's website. I have a v2 also BUT I don't have the rounded edges as I ordered mine right when the v'2s were released to suppliers.

I waited until it turned yellow to dye them. The picture i put in the your scooter thread was on christmas day. Trust me it looked really bad. I didnt want to dye them when they were white but they yellowed fast.
