The metal would wear away so quickly. It would only work if it was chromoly because once you start grinding anything other than slick metal those "pegs" they will wear down causing the deck to get weak.

well alu pegs last a while and there isnt much pressure just after the axle, its more after that bit towards the headtube that most pressure is

And that deck probably grinds great, does look ridiculous though.
And Michael, there just isn't enough leverage for any damage to be done to the back welds.

ive had that idea for integrated pegs before. i think if they didn't fuck up the headtube, and if they messed around with the extrusion of the deck, that scooter actually wouldnt be that bad. its just ugly, but i can imagine it performing well.
i also see a non-strippable clamp on that fuzion. similar to the addict clamp.

the people at fuzion are just really slacking. they didnt stop to think that perhaps the reason another company didnt do integrated pegs was because when one part of a peg wears out, you spin it to a not work out part. this deck will just keep wearing down until it scraped a hole right through the "integrated pegs"
