.083 fork tube wall. if your good you can do this
get 1.125 OD with a .065 wall. make your forks. thenn after that. if you have access to a lathe. use a micrometer to get the ID of the 1.125x .065. make sure it is exact then get a nother piece of DOM just a little bit bigger. then lathe it down to the ID of the .065 fork tube. have a 1.25 piece at the bottom of the fork tube [by the race crown] and a 3" or how ever long it is to about an 1 bellow the headset. and PRESS those in. weld the top and bottom. disc sand it off. round the edges and your g2g.
