i look at the headtube and how it is attached to the downtube, the dragon one is more in the middle like a pheonix. not saying that its as good as a pheonix, just saying they are different

Dragons are mostly thought of as Chinese, in China there is OEM products, which suck.

Dragon - China - OEM - Shit
So we can summarize dragon is shit and there decks are shit. Go fuck a lobster.

Think about it this way.
America is based on precision and quality.
China is based on how many can be made in a given time limit, regardless of quality.

If you do get a Dragon, I suggest being ready for it to snap. But I'm not going to tell you not to get it.

These are the same as the deck Moonwalk were going to bring out but decided against it after testing them. The copy flex brakes are good but i would stay away from the decks.

Sorry for bump.. BUT
was thinking of getting one cuz its cheap :p
These are made of 6063-T6 alloy rather than Phoenix's 60601-T6 alloy.
The UTS and yield strength of these dragon decks are about 25% lower than phoenix, UTS 45000psi, compared to 35000psi(Dragon) and YS 40000psi compared to 31000psi(Dragon) so expect one of these OEM deck to be 25% WEAKER, IN NECKING (point where metal starts to thin out and crack/snap) AND BENDING (or as we call it, banana-ing), IF MADE TO SAME MANUFACTURING STANDARDS AS A PHOENIX DECK.
Now as for heat treatment around the welds, it is most likely that there is none, so a 25% weaker OEM made deck without heat treatment will be ALOT WEAKER than a real phoenix.
But, without me actually testing it i cant give a hands on review, only a specs review

also take into account that phoenix also shot peens their decks.. so its probably so much worse than a phoenix that even paying 3 times more for the real thing would be a bargain compared to this piece of crap lol.
