it will probably rub on the brake spring but you can always file the brake spring back a bit so it fits the wheel

i prefer the fakie brake (it really helps you fakie!!! LOL) but if you dont like the brake way in the air get the madd there still sick. Cant really say which one is better its just a brake, so its whatever you want.

Ok, to sort somethings out:

The new Madd breaks are strong as hell.

They fit 110mm wheels without ANY modification at all.

Madd Gear brakes look better IMO and i would get the Madd. Im not telling you false info either, cause i am running a 110mm wheel on my MaddGear brake... The MaddGear brakes are made to fit both 100mm and 110mm without anny problem/modification.

If you want a legit and cheap plce to get MGP brakes, www.scooters-only.com have them on sale.

It dosent rub! Did you read my post!? EDIT-- Sorry, you posted at the same time as me...

MGP brakes are made to fit 110mm and 100mm wheels without any problem or modification. PERIOD.

So, they both will work fine, so get the one you think looks better.
