I'm gonna Have to Say (Because I've tried Basically Nothing else) '5minmadeCinderblockstanded' Kickers with Rail Leading Off.

I'd say either a bank hip, or a manual pad. My favorite set up at the moment is at Tempe, it's a coupld Euro's and the landings are manual pads, lots of combos.
