Orion is the deck. I think. TDI is the system of the deck.

yeah because you can just modify your deck to be a differrent size and have a differrent headtube angle...

what he was saying is that since the headtube and deck are two different pieces if you want a different sized deck you can just buy another deck and if you want a different headtube angle you can just buy another headtube instead of having to buy a whole new thing.
