Feeble?

I think the grind thy I'm doin is a feeble but anyway I have this wood palate anD on one end I put 3 concrete blocks next to each other so the palate is going downward so I didn't have any wax on it and was grinding the whole thin then I put wax on and keep slipping right off and hit my butt haha so any help?

Keep your deck forward and flat. I see so many kids grinding on the back rail of the deck, that's why everyone uses heels, cuz they don't keep the whole deck on the edge.

Also, keep the deck as parallel (front wheel closest to the edge) as you can. Its easier to stay on and not slip off. Don't be afraid to use heels when you're learning, too.
