what size is the closet to 20 tall 17 wide

They are all around 18" (18.1102362" to be more specific...) wide and now:

S size: 16-17.7" high
M size: 18-19.7" high
L size: 20-21.7" high

So order the one that fits you and cut it to your size...
My plan was to order a French ID fork once it's out and those bars...but I broke my last bars so ordered wees couse I can't wait for the fork to get out, and I don't wanna pay shipping twice...
Tho, sick bars made out of alu...

you mean weak? how can you tell? you can barely see the welds in that pic because of the angle and the paint on the bars. but still, they dont look weak at all. they look good and consistent.
