Fg Forks = Broken

yesterday, me and 2 other mates were riding
we all have fg forks
i find that i start to have a wobble in my one piece
take my bars off and forks
find out that my forks are broken
the fork tube wasnt welded in
it was banged in with a hammer or something..
jammed in this little cup thing on top of the fork plate

lasted approx. 3 weeks :/

i dont know
releasing my trouble that i had

but when he gets back from holidays im hopeing he will fix them and weld them in this spot from now on..

thats bent dude for sure bent not the camera

there not welded 100% spot on, also welding the tube reinforcement doesnt need to be done, only the last sets of SOA forks were welded at the bottom, indeed didnt need to the tube we use doesnt even fit in stock fork tubes we force it in with a hydrolic press

oh ok fair enough
and yeah well maybe that pair is bend
but that was the very first proto pair of forks that he made so yeah...

hopefully he will find a way to fix it, then i will run fg forks again.

nick your a fukwit why would u post this, it had nothing to do with the forks, it was the forktube, because it was a stock forktube.

and i already said i wasnt makin aymore forks, only the 5 pairs for you guys.

i thort you still wanted to sell some to others..

but the fork tube still include it being apart of the "FORKS"

my opinion, it should have been welded there and not hammered in or what ever..
but yeah

no im not makin anymore, watse of time, not wohrt it

haha u dont understand do you, if urs did what toms did which u sed! the forktubes whoever orignally made them only put 2 little tig welds from the tube to the little ring thing or whatver, i reckon its the weitht, there not used to heavier forks there use3d to 2 little pissy bits of aluimiu.
