Yea, Andy, there's a whole scene behind it.

At the moment:
stock techdeck with custom oversized bushings and skategrip

In a few days i should recieve:
Eurollt's wheels (for those who don't know about fingerboards, they aren't plastic, they are rubber with aluminium core),
a FlatFace deck with colored middle ply w/ colored exotic bottom ply,
some DOOM griptape to test,
and some decent TD hangers.

Haha, yeah, though not into TDs, because basicly all TD stuff sucks except the trucks, most people have started to use wooden decks (like from 3 to 7 plys) etc.

I have a friend who went to Europe and got a Berlin Wood deck, and he doesnt even fingerskate.

Im about about to recieve some new parts from www.fingerskateshop.de tough so ill pretty much have a new setup apart from the trucks and wheels.
And yes the fingerboarding scene is a hell of a lot bigger then you think specailly in europe/brazil in the US its kinda dead because they care too much for what other will think. I dont give a flying fuck i just love doing it and will always do.

As for forums... all english speaking forums are lame, the best one as for english speaking forum would be FFI www.fingerflipinc.com/forum but its been crashing a lot recently then theres the german scene website/forum www.fingerboard.de and the brazilian scene website/forum www.fingerboardinfo.com
Riptape is just 1mm you cant even feel the thickness and its a hell of a lot better then griptape at least to me, it feels more confortable and gives me a better board control on ss nollie tricks.
