Fingerboarding question

Hey I have a quick question. When you ollie, If you pull back a little then forward to gain more height is that cheating?

It just looks stupid. You have to shoot for realism. That's just my opinion though. And other fingerboarders/companies that sponsor will look down on you if you can't just pop like normal.

Here's a common misconception. People swear that if you don't run an unmodded Tech Deck, that you're a cheater for the "high tails and extra concave."
I beg to differ. Just like in real skateboarding, there are various types of shapes. With wooden decks, you have the options of different widths, lengths, tail and concave shapes, ply thickness (which in turn makes it lighter with less plies), plus graphics and ply colors.

yeah bro, ya know man in this day and age its real hard to make it in the world of competitive fingerboarding, you really gotta watch your style, like how good your index finger looks while your riding, what type of pants your middle finger is wearing, what type of plies your fingerboard has, if your nails are trimmed, its real tough stuff bro. if your expecting to make fingermoney by doing fingerdemos and stuff, idk man your gonna have to do some finger stretches and excercises and stuff because its a real tough fingerworld out there, bro.
