just get an ADA stem, this thing looks fugly.

Just get a 1 1/4 OD steertube that is like 1 inch too short for you. And get a 1 1/8 OD tube that fits inside the top of that tube, bolt it in so theres an inch or so showing. Then attach the clamp, if you were that desperate.
