I personally hate fisheyes, but I hate how my camera's lens isn't wide, so I modded my kenko to be an ultra wide angle
He just didn't want a fisheye. He wanted a wide-angle. It's looks like your filming longlens, but it's wider.Yohanan said:the kenko is ultra wide though right? What makes you not want the distortion? I only ask because i was about to order one...
then why did you even post in this thread.Forest Etter said:I think fisheyes are a waste get a tri pod or something better
UV filters with threads on both ends (so you would be able to screw a lens onto the front of the UV filter after its on your camera). But you gotta smash the glass out or you get glare in your videos.Madis said:Thanks for the thread bri. I bought my Baby Death lens by watching this thread.it's sooo good. I totally recommend it.
First video using it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V8orCCYHSgg
(yes, i f*cked up the contrast and exposure, i'm still learning to use my camera's manual controls)
Though there is no vignetting (which is good) even when fully zoomed out, so it can go wider.
Will a longer step-up ring do the job if i'd wanted to go wider?
