practice 180 flips

go slow and just throw you self back at the lip, look at your shoulder and land.

i was trying them on a 4 foot quarter to bank, definatly not a good thing to learn on haha.
i landed on my ass really hard, and then spun them all wrong after that because of the fear or drilling my ass bone again.

still considering them again though =)
