Flanges on scooter grips

I wanna know how does everyone get there flanges off there scooter grips i wanna get emm of my new animal edwins (black) but i dunno how please help.

waste of money for a company when majority want flages (around here anyway) and if someone dosnt want them then cut them off. easy.

or take the grips while there off and cut with scissors if you cut them right it will look all nice and smooth i have a set of grips i did this to but i like flanges

ye scissors work better for it than an exacto or a razorblade surprisingly.

Just take your grips off, bend them at the flanges to make them flat, and cut with scissors. Works awesome on longnecks, they have a little groove in them.

Yeah, IMO they do anyways.

they look good on skinny bars, but if you have like 15 or wider you should cut them.
