Flash Sequence Shots

Well when i take sequence photos with the flash on my cam, its only flashes for the first photo and then not for the rest.. Do you need to buy an extra flash so you can have sequence shots and a flash on every 1 ?

and if so then can you reccoment me a good extension flash ? I have a Olyumpus E-500 (if that matters)

Gotta have a flash that supports doing sequences too... i dont have any recommendations though because i don't know anything about olympus cameras.

i have the same problem. I need to buy an external flash sometime. Anyone know a flash setup for sequence shots with a d50?

Get one of the ones Nikon makes since you have a Nikon. I think they are called speedlight flashes or something? Im pretty sure there along the same line as the flashes Mike and Casey have for their Canon's and they can do flash sequences. Get a diffuser and off shoe cord while your at it

mehh lol, i thought dylan asked what hot shoe do i have lol, just noticed now.

Ok but now how will i know which 1 to buy for my camera ?

I say goto a camera store with you camera and try a few out to see if they work with your camera and see if you like it and supports sequences. I'd suggest a camera store but i dont live in the UK haha.

ye there is just electronics and pc stores here, there might be some camera stores in the town but i aint seen any that specify cams

lol geez u invest in ur camera. haha 400 bucks for something that goes on the cam im my opinion is expensive... lol a reg camera for 400 = expensive lol

This is pretty off topic, but does anyone find that when your riding and people take flash sequence shots of you, it like fucks up your eyes in the air and you land with your eyes going all weird?

Happens to me with a a single picture. Its the worst when casey and mike set their flashes up together so they go off at the same time, hurts my eyes so bad... its usually worth it though

okay. your camera has to be on sequnce.
if you want the 2.5 frames pre sec with flash you gotta buy a decent flahs that surrports it.
thats why i take my sewunces during the day with no flash.
