flaw with the phoenix brake system.

anyway i have been trying to get it out for a week. at first i thought that the pressure from the brake made a lip on the deck and thats why it wouldnt slide out, so i sanded it down on the inside but that didnt work. so i decided to just wiggle it around until it cam out. half hour later i got it out and now i can see the problem.

im going to sand it down now but how do i stop this from happening again? for the first time in a while im actually lost lol.

the piece that holds the brake system together drilled a hole inside the deck.

fuck it ill just deal with it, i cant see anything stopping it.
