Hi guys.

I was wondering, someone who has a TSI Flexfender, could you post how long it is, how wide it is, how thick it is and how far from the start of the piece of metal is the first hole? Also, how far apart are the 2 holes?

I did dearch and didnt find any of these answers.

Could someone please tell me ASAP.

Thanks.

jesus, does it have to be exactly the same as a TSI flexxy?
Billie said 1.5 inch wide brakes are sweet.
And it doesnt matter, make it as long as you want and it doesnt matter about the holes so long as there is some to bolt it onto your deck.

get 1 inch wide 1/8 thick alu
bolt it on ur scoot(with your back wheel off)
bend it up
put ur wheel back on
bend the alu around ur wheel
then cut the extra off

I made mine wit these instructions

HOW TO MAKE A FLEX FENDER
Get a strip of aliminium 1 inch wide, 1/8 inch thick. About 1 foot long should do...
1. Drill the holes and bolt the piece of aluminium to your deck
2. Bend it up at an angle (without your wheel on)
3. Put your wheel on and bend the aluminium around it
4. Mark where you wanna cut it
5. Cut it. The easiest way to do this is to leave the wheel on and make a groove with your saw then take your wheel off and cut it. This can be awkward but is possible.
6. Sand off the sharp edges where you cut it

Well, i have measured where the brake goes and there is no way 1.5" would fit.

Also, how thick should the steel be? 2mm, 3mm???? Need to know this please guys.

Thanks.

^^^now was that hard? and yeah make it from steel not alu, you dont need the brake to grip that much and the steel one will last longer
