umm i need some help with flipping a spine i would go for it
if i didnt have the fear of over flipping then landing on my back on top
of the spine

Come to bay and try it. We will previde you with the softest matresses you have ever seen; you will not even think twice. But seriously, try it at bay the spine is much more melow. I cannot give you any REAL advice since i cannot do it myself...

get a qp that matches the transition pretty closly

try to flip close to the coping and under rotate it where you HAVE to bend your legs to finish the rotation

then once you can flip like that every try then you'll be fine just commit and dont huck it too hard, its almost like falling and tucking your legs.
