focusing problem

my video camera is having a problem when it comes to focusing, like it will unfocus in the middle of me filming a trick. I have a fisheye on it and tape is holding it cuz part of my thread on my camera lens its half broken so i tape my fisheye so its more stable. so could the fisheye be the problem or the camera?

make sure its on autofocus, and zoom out all the way

it definitely doesnt help if your fisheye is taped on. that is probably part of your problem.

and yeah like that other kid said, make sure you zoomed out all the way.

Always manual focus on fisheye. The Auto focus will try to focus on the lens and crap.

so how do you manual focus?

and i need the tape so if i use just a little would that work?

its in like the menu. your camera might not have it, but i seriously doubt it doesnt. or to check you could go look up its specs and look at the manual settings, it'll say like white balance, manual focus, shutter speed, stuff like that.

Sometimes you need to set the camera on manual to change the focus setting.

my camera will do this once in a great while... like during a sesh it might happen once. 90% of the time it will be in low-light filming. Other than that its basically if your just zooming in too far with a fish on it will fuck focusing lol

well its not the fisheye cuz i used my fishy on another camera and it was fine, i was just filming in low light
