Alright they're defnitely one of my favorite bands no doubt. I love every single thing they put out. I heard their new single "The Pretender" the other day off their new album "Echoes, Silence, Patience, Grace" and fell in love immediately. I think they're one of the greatest modern rock bands of our generation, but that's just me. I also like how they're "real" if that makes any sense. They're not typical rock stars. They don't dress crazy and do crazy stuff onstage. They just play their music and have fun. I was just seeing what people think about them. (Try to keep comparisons to Nirvana out please.)

pretty sweet band, one of the few really mainstream bands that i consider good.

dave grohl is just the shit in general, its like that guy can do no wrong.
