there no one who makes threaded bars . the fork is tighten by the clamp then is preasures the metal yea makes its oown thread by the fork

There's no such thing as threaded bars. Alu bars, soft, plus steel fork, hard = wearing threads into the bars due to pressure of the clamp being tightened on there.
