Fork and wheels

buying fork and wheels, which ever comes first. looking to spend around 20-35ish max. looking for THREADLES forks with a little to no offset so inwards will do, also looking for a phorx for my friend needs to be in nice condition. trying to the wheels from 105mm to 110mm preferably a metalcore, proto, eaglesport etc..... no flat spots or chips.

its threaless it just the greaseline when i use to ride scs
