Err I think even if the maker gave you the dimensions , you won't be able to make it. You need to be a professional and all. There are 2343534 important things.

It's not about the abilities. A drill (or a grandpa operating one), knowing a car mechanic who does the welding job and living in a place where it's not hard to get metal supplies is all you need to make custom scooter parts.

Edit: actually, it's a bit harder than this when it comes to a fork, not that I haven't it totally planned though.
