fork help

i just bought a new Blade from big w and i rid it for a day and i think the forks are threaded, cause whenever i put my feet on the side of the wheel and move the bars they keep moving, how would i fix this?

tighten like the steering clamp.

tightining the clamp doesnt seem to work? would putting a bolt above the clamp work tho?
