A bmx style fork would be pretty hard to make. First, the forktube sticks out like 2 inches so you could weld the fork legs on both sides, so this kind of fork wouldn't fit standard headtubes. The other thing is that it might be hard to bend tubes to make the U shape because the wheel is so small, so I guess it's better to use the standard plate + 2 tubes design for such small wheels. For a strong fork it's actually impossible since the reasonable amount of space you should leave for a wheel to fit between the legs is nothing more than the forktube width. Ive seen a bike type fork on a kick scooter though, but it looked pretty weak from what I saw.

have a good mod to stop the fork legs bending & is cheaper the sr forks but yeah SR forks are the best ones,i was thinking makinga BMX style one like picture above in post, but make it to size of wheel width so on, did u use small bmx forks for yours? also needsa better axle system
it is a rough job at first, but am going make this to sell soon, & will be a neater job also all polished up after
it was done by welding steel plate on to each side on the forks, i have 104mm wheels on at moment & 110mm should fit
i grinded down the edge's after to make it a little neater then when first welded & cut so on, i alsomade pegs on same day, willpost reply on that soon.
so far the fork havnt bend at all even with down double peg stalls on box above quater, double peg grinds so on has not bend at all yet,
im going do them better soon, welded stell all round the forks then down the sides of each fork tube plate thing what ever what call it, grind them to be nest & smooth polished & should be good,

i made this stuff back in 2003 & 2004 also made 1 PCS bars but they bend due to used weak steel not better metal, this was back before razor pro was released , also Welded Pegs again made them in 2004
