fork question

ok so iv seen people put flexfenders on there forks and i wanted to know how todo that could i have a flexfender that i want to do it with but im unsure how
also my fork has a intergrated ics cap at the bottom of the fork

ive never seen anyone with a flexfender on their fork, if its for footjams i can do them fine without
