Fork-tube part above headset: how long is yours?

No one is going to buy your weird ass scs I'm sorry. There is nothing wrong with Proto and Tilt SCSs, they are perfect.
You are a fast decider, you can't assume it's weird-ass. I'm asking for people's fork-tube lengths not just for kicks, but in order to adjust the SCS to be suitable for most of the riders, remaning the construction.
Perfect? The are definitally good, though.

Hey, Parrish, I see you have a baby SCS, I'd really appreciate if you, instead, could tell me your length, when you happen to disassamble your scooter, it'd be much more constructive. Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry, I don't know the length because it doesn't matter as long as it is shorter than the lower half of the SCS and taller than the first bolt. I use spacers too though. The only thing I could see making a difference on the SCS market is including a few clamp-shaped spacers so when you use spacers your shit doesn't get all janky lookin.

Ok, thanks for that, that's quite enough for understanding -- most people so far tend to have fork-tubes too long, 31mm is actually really short, just wanted to know if maybe somebody had it too.
Why don't you cut the fork? The integrated starnut will be done then?

And I wasn't claiming my scs to be revolutional, but a good, good-looking, very light one.
Although this 'very light one' is much pricier to produce, the one a few grams havier will probably be a more reasonable deal (and it doesn't have the limitation on fork-tube length)..

Not sure why you are getting negative feedback. creating your own parts is one of the aspects I love about scootering.
Its great to experiment with your own ability to design and make something. Saying just buy a tilt or proto is missing the point. There is always room for innovation, even if he does create a crappy SCS, then he will learn from that and fix it.

Im sorry no one is giving you the feeback you desire, if the world could cooperate it would be a great piece of information to individuals and companies. Those against what your trying to do even stated they just wish companies included spacers, WELL if you all took two seconds to measure your forks and headtubes to HELP someone rather then bash them, companies could use that information to see what size spacer to include, and an individual can refer to for many reasons.

I have 2" (about 50.8mm) out of my headtube above the dust-cover, I run the Phase Two spotlight deck with Phase Two forks
