As for american racing (nascar/indy car) it's the most boring thing ever. Like a year ago I used to come back home onr friday wasted after a hard week at school, then turn on indy car on tv and just like fall asleep watching the cars go round. It's pretty relaxing so if you wanna calm down you should try this.

ill be honest, i find formula 1 really boring to watch.. i like seeing cars that are out on the streets racing around
and nascar is boss, those guys make bank too.
