So back in Dec 08 before my whole broken lower body thing started I was working out handplants. Are there any tips somebody can give me?
The way I do it is to approach the ramp going slightly to the right then turning left once I hit the curve, pulling the scooter over the coping, and grabbing the coping trying to sling myself back into the ramp.
The problem is I either fall to the flat of the quarter because I'm not straight up enough and/or I almost flyout and yank my arm out of socket landing backasswards and half upside down on the flat
