how does it work it looks confusing to me please help.

It works basically the same as a normal ICS, in fact it is an ICS just using different parts. The 3 aluminum bolt pieces all screw together to make one rod. You could argue that there are some advantages to doing it this way but most people who run an ICS just prefer a single bolt.

PROTO is coming out with a FID compatible ICS soon. They are basically finished now.
