Just ordered one what are they like?

The cup are alu so how do you install them and im not taking itto a bike shop cost to much

I would put grease inside the cups then hammer them in with a piece of wood and a mallet or press them in with a vice if you have one.

u should ride aluspacers if you have a steel bar, cause Frid headsets are made for alu bars(oversized). Steel bars will destroy the top cap and you cant get it off anymore. But Best headset ive ever ridden. fuckin smooth
