French.ID News [IMPORTANT Thread about]

Hey dudes !!!!

We just wanted to post a thread about French.ID, because there's not alot of information in the US about it .
Basically, french.ID was Carnival, a project created in 2007 by Kevin Demay (zizimutant), Johann Moreau (me) and a guy called Luridius
We started searching contact for making parts (bars at this time), and we've found K-124. that is a world know bike brand.

So we started a partnership with them, the brand was named French.ID instead of Carnival Scootering. Our aim with Carnival was to make the sport growing, make it bigger and bigger every day, like proto, even if we're in Europe, it's deeply the same fight. So it was for us the best partnership we found at this period.
So all the main ideas and design were from Kevin and me.

French.ID now has exist since 2 years, we created alot (first aluminium bar, first CNC fork...)

But now it's over for some of us. I mean, Kevin and me already leave french.id last week, like most of the team members too.
Our work with K124 was to slow and with the time we had some disagreement with the K124 Boss about the rank of scootering in k124 priority, develoment and all...
We deeply think it's gonna be way better to start something else alone. Better for us, and better for the the sport too ! Cauz more brand we are, bigger the sport is.

Dissidence Scooter shop is ran by Kevin Demay and Cyrille Vietti. It was consided as the official French.ID shop. But now, we don't work for french.ID anymore. So Dissidence will sell all brand, and fully support scooterindustry, working to keep an objectiv view of the market, even if we have our own brand.

Johann, i hope you know what you're doing and that you are determined to get over any bumps which will occur because of getting rid of KOXX/FrenchID. Best of luck, dude.

Stay tuned, there's going to be a new team, send me your videos if you're interested but there will be really a few spots for riders outside of Europe.

See you soon!
