looks preeeety strong, they probably didnt weld it because they wanted to stay different from other companies...? idk ask ostrom how the hell would i kno

looks much more professional and clean without obvious welds in my opinion, but I might be biased because I ride a French iD fork lol
 
I cracked this fork after a week! It's not better at all! They only pinned one side of the fork so it's still shit!
Also it has been on the market for a long time now. This fork is nothing new, and everybody in Europe knows that.
It's a tiny better, but not much if you can crack the legs after a week

They can weld it because it's made from 7075 alu, which can't be welded, I think anyway. Someone can confirm that.
 
either that or when u weld alu it looses strength which means theyd have to heat reat it , and aparently alu welding is mad expensive and i think heat treating is expensive to, so it make the prive stupidly high Not sure tho
