Cool, now hopefully they learned from their mistakes and didn't bond the thread tube to the arms.

They most likely did but the forks are pinned now so it doesn't matter very much at all.

They can't weld it because it's made from 7075 alu, which can't be welded, I think anyway. Someone can confirm that.

I'm not sure if there made from 7075 maybe some where but i know it can't be welded.

They should just make them out of 7050 grade alu so they can be welded but it costs more to do so with heat treating and such

Or use 7075 grade alu and Thread the fork legs and thread the steerer tube (at the bottom) and the glue and pin problem solved!
