Well today I stabbed my pinky on my brake (you know my brake), fell twice in a row on film, fell once at the beginning of a sesh (and I usually don't fall to often), and Charles broke his scooter. I think it was a productive Friday the 13th.

thats more mental/probability.

as soon as you think "i got fakies down" you start thinking too much when you do them instead of just going through the motions like you normally do. and when you notice somehow hasnt crashed at all one day when they normal, then as more time goes along theyre more likely to crash, so thats why it happens.

so thats real, not superstition.

yeah, like whenever bmxers are at the skatepark, when they go to do tricks, people tell them they suck and cant land it, which makes them do better for some reason...

that reminds me the day that everyone was at woodward and me and ryan were riding the mini. he gave me this idea to manual to 180 fakie to half cab in across the hip deck and i thought it might take a few tries. but then ryan said "dan could probably do it first try" which didnt make me feel to great. weird thing was i did it first try and it couldnt have been done any cleaner.
