I use heels because I don't understand how people balence them without.

Just go really fast and put force into it. lean really far to the side your noseblunt sliding on and lift up the back end of your deck a bunch. its really all a matter of just going for it.

i learned overcooks first, you should try them and eventually you will start kicking your deck out more and you will lock into a nose blunt

Learn them with your heels and then graduate out of them. Start basically landing on your front heel and put your feet toward the front of the deck when you're setting up. Also make sure the downside of the ledge is waxed and you go fast.

practice, practice, and more practice took me fovever to learn them, dont get discouraged if you dont get them a day it takes a while. and like tyler already said if someone gives you shit for doing them with heels, fuck them noseblunts without heels are 100x harder. leaning forward helped me to learn them also.

If you want to learn them without heels, its all about keeping your weight down, which is what the heels help with. You need to keep your feet as far back as you can while still being in control, and thrust your bars forward and smack the front part of your deck onto the ledge.

I usually hop in like an overcrook and then sort of push my deck forward into a noseblunt, almost like carving into it. It only works with a lot of wax though. And putting one foot closer to the headtube and one closer to the brake can help with balance and weight distribution too.

Parrish is the man with them though, so take what he says as holy law from on high or something. Hahaha

ive gotten a few backside noseblunts before, but they feel really weird. Also, I barely slid the ledge.

Hall some ass. And try to lock in by your headtube. start on boxes. and yes waxxx. kind of over jump on to it. and lean on your bars.
