Front Peg/Axle Problems.

so i have these like 2 year old district pegs that i found the other day and forgot i even had, so i chucked them on. i tightened both axles as tight as they would go but the wheels still wobbled a bit. I still decided to ride it and after about 5 minutes of doing double pegs on quarters i do one and the front axle just fell out. it didnt break, just one side came out from the other. anyways i put it all back together and tightened it extra tight and thought nothing would happen but it just happened again 5 minutes later. thoughts/ideas are appreciated as i love riding pegs haha

what do you mean it fell out of one side? is the peg like "ovalised" so the axle just falls through the peg? maybe you need a spacer on the end of your axle, like put a spacer on the axle then put the peg on so the spacer is between the peg and the end of the axle

maybe the pegs have a good grip on the bolts and it sorta twists off, if you do peg grinds.

too technical guys just use a split washer or loc-tite

Blue threadlocker should keep them from comming loose. I use it on all my bolts.
