FS/FT ada stem

I have a red ada stem that does not have any hardware but it shouldn't be hard to find at any hardware store.There are a couple scratches but nothing huge.I'm asking 25 obo or trade for a stem with and 1 1/4 inner diamater.

I just measured the stem and its 1 1/4 but for some reason its too small for what i need. no homo
