FS: Square (pirate) reinforcements

Alex, when you make these reinforcements do you cut them flush to the metal behind/below the folding mech? I plan on getting reinforcements when I start to need them, but I still want to be able to to the pegless icepick thing that I do, and I figure it would make them easier to get into but if it isn't flush I think I'm going to be off set when I do them. So yeah, are they cut flush?

Edit I see on your second picture that they are flush, but I wonder if you just did that for yours. Thats where I'm wondering.

What do you mean? I'm kinda confused. All I do when I make them is cut the pieces of metal at the ends and drill holes. Since there's a little overhang on the deck it isn't totally flush, but it won't mess you up at all.

Im pretty sure he means how you angled yours at the front to be flush with the angle at the fornt of the deck. And Im wondering the same thing.

In your second picture, you cut yours flush, I am wondering if you just did that for your own or if you do it for all. I see it isn't perfect but that little bit won't mess me up. Hopefully you understand.

questions, would i need to drill holes in my scoot? cus i was a little unclear on that

and you mean the spacers that are on the outside of wheels inside the deck on bs? or what ones...

No, you don't have to drill or mod your deck at all. And the only thing you need to get is old wheel spacers from old B's, Pros. And they go inside the reinforcements in the back.

Yeah, are you sure you don't need two bolts? One for the front and the back? Or would you drill the front hole?
i will drill the front hole, and i allready have a bolt for the front from my steel reinforcements.
i just need a grade 8 bolt for the back, because i bent my last ones(they were some crappy bolts)

but i will need you to drill the hole in the front of the reinforcements, so i will know where to drill into my deck to make it straight.

and i have hundreds of spacers and washers and locknuts, so i'm covered on that part

EDIT:
and ill have to take out my pins for these reinforcements...

will it be worth it?
