FS/WTT: Blunt AOS Deck and Lucky Bars

The bars aren't tall enough for me, and I'd like a tsi or something.

The bars aren't rusty, they're just a little dirty and the deck has no cracks or anything.

I think the bars are 20.5 tall, 20 wide.

Also selling a pinned French ID fork.

Are the bars HIC? I really want them and the fork.. Trade for the bars in my thread and maybe the IHC fork for the french id?

They are hic, and 20.5 or 21 by 20. i think.
