Fsa pig headset correctly fixed?

Hello,I fixed my Fsa Pig headset yesterday. I noticed that the top cup then the top adjusting cone has a small gap between them after adding the bearings and the black thing. Is it the design or is it because I did not fixed it proply.

Another thing is that for the top headset cup bearings,the instruction said '' retainer side down and bearing side up (look at picture on the right)'' I looked at the picture and I followed it but to me,the picture was showing the bearings down and the retainer up. Which is the right way?

Oh yes. Razor pro model has a nut which held the stock headset/ holds headsets down. I kept the nut loose but tight enough so that the scooter's neck dosent go up and down and then I put the t tube right above that nut and tightened the t tube really tight so that the nut won't be able to start spinning out because the t tube will block it.Is it a good idea to keep it that loose?When I screw it a LITTLE bit tighter,the headset spins smoothly but at one point it slows down alot (I was spinning it by holding the fork and spinning only the neck.

The dumb fools at bike shops won't fix scooters.They say they don't know how. The bike shops are very far too.
Do you know if FSA pig has that tiny gap ? Its 1 mm or less.

sealed are amazing they make such a difference sell the one you have now and buy a sealed trust me there worth it.

except i didn't use the top cup i used a really good stock cup and the fsa sealed bottom cup which works amazing

maybe keap the top nonsealed and use the bottom sealed cup that would work great :)

I have mine tightened down as much as it can with the headset still spinning well, because I like stuff solid. And remember, the headset will spin better when you're spinning it by the bars with the bars on than when just spinning it by the fork/fork tube.

well do don't need to buy 2 headsets for my setup i just used a stock razor headset with really good headset bearings
