Maybe you shouldnt use threadless headsets on threaded forks
The Headset is made for an 1 1/8 threadless fork.
It is ok if you use it on the bottom cup
but on the top cup on a standard pro headtube and fork the bearings are spinning on the threads.
the threads are not 1 1/8 they are a little smaller.
so you will probably always have a little bit of play in your headset
and with that little bit of play the headset will eventually break.
As my FSA did.

The bearings do not spin on the threads.. Hence why there is a vrown race and cup.
The bearings of the headset never touch the threads of fork for that matter..

put the thread ring over it and twist it down,,,, make sure ur crown race is going in and just keep adjusting till it works
grease it often

Royce i got an unsealed fsa what should i do becoz i dont want it to wobble should i use top cup fsa nd stock bootom or what should i leave it nd let it break in??? oh and a question how long till the headset breaks in??
