I've got one of these bastards now from where I bit my tongue this morning. About to slather it with vegemite but I thought I'd read through here first.

Mouth ulcers suuuuucccccckkkkk i hate them. I know this sounds crazy but rinsing your mouth with salty water is good when you have an ulcer because the salt cleans the wound and helps it to heal up quicker. It may hurt a bit but it works because i had major dental abscess a year ago and i got put in hospital for an operation to drain the abscess. I had ulcers too and the nurse gave me salt water to rinse after and it cleared up in no time. Try eat more fruit too that should help.
